Worst Rental Experience

Location is fantastic
Cons
Utility bill sky high 600+ (never below $300 even without using AC), horrible unresponsive management, insulation terrible, thin walls (crazy noisy), maintenance requests go ignored, hot water issues, AC floods and doesn’t work, sediment in water / brown tinted hot water, trash disposal difficult, terrible appliances (oven didn’t work), cigarette and pot smoke flow into the unit, and more!
Advice to the owners
At a minimum respond to your tenants and make repairs as needed
