Old building - large management co

Pros

The super is very responsive and normally can fix small things for quickly.

Cons

We’ve had several big things break (ceiling leak, window shattered, etc) and the management company dragged their feet getting it fixed. Waited months.

Advice to the owners

Invest in your tenants. Agressive raising of rent drives good people out.
