Solid Place to Live

Pros

Trash was very easy to use, easy that there is a cleaner outside. The super is really friendly and super responsive.

Cons

Neighbor would sometimes bang on the wall and his room smelled of weed. The hallways sometimes had a strange smell

Fine Building could be better

Pros

Management was responsive in repairs though items like a fridge were replaced with used appliances no where near the same quality as what was removed.

Cons

My toilet was removed due to a leak in the basement. They suggested I go 4 flights up to an empty apartment to use that bathroom until the repair was made. Carpet in halls is gross.

Advice to the owners

A real remodel of the halls.
