I loved the neighborhood
1. Lack of urgency from maintenance (water leaking from the bathroom ceiling could wait another day) 2. Stairwell was NEVER washed, only swept 3. Slow to resolve maintenance issues (if ever done at all)
1. Respond within 2 days to tenants 2. Use electronic payment system 3. Get another maintenance person 4. Get better recycling bins
