Pros:
Location Kind and responsive super Laundry in basement Elevator
Cons:
Tough to get action/responses from management If you live on the A line, you will be subjected to pretty brutal noise two mornings a week from the dumpsters for the fancy building across the street
Advice to owner:
A little more attention to tenant issues would be great
