New Management Significantly Improved Conditions

Pros

Excellent location close to Riverside and the subway in the heart of the UWS.

Cons

I lived in a unit with a deck a couple years ago. At the time, I had a bad cockroach issue. I also had the ceiling leak from the deck and mold became a problem. During this time, we got a new management company. The first company was awful at responding, which allowed the mold to grow from the leaks. But the new management responded to my leaking ceiling on a Sunday. They inherited a lot of issues, but were incredibly responsive and tried to fix my problems. Due to the roaches, i moved. But I believe the issues have been resolved.

Cons

Tough to get action/responses from management If you live on the A line, you will be subjected to pretty brutal noise two mornings a week from the dumpsters for the fancy building across the street
