Great super but pests
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super and his assistant are really responsive. If you need something fixed they do it really quickly.
Cons:
Pests are just too much. There is monthly extermination but it isn't as effective as I would like. Also kitchens are pretty old and in need of an upgrade.
Advice to owner:
Find a better solution to pest problems. It would make the building a much more comfortable.
