Over all great building

Pros

Porter is lovely, building is cozy and rent stabilized so very reasonable for the price.

Cons

Not fancy but quiet and overall a wonderful neighborhood and well kept building.

Nice people in the building and good location. Responsive super.

Cons

Roaches, the water temperature is terrible. Always either freezing or way too hot.
