- super close to the riverside park - all the neighbors and doormen are very friendly - the building is responsive when there are pests
- weird accounting issue that caused me to receive an eviction notice even though i paid rent - i heard neighbors say their heaters don't work well - hot water takes a while to come on - sometimes trash piles up a bjt in the basement
