Really Good Apartment If You're Young and Have No Kids

High ceilings, many units south facing with amazing natural light, spacious units for the area, nice classic vibe to building

Cons

Kitchen is a bit small and appliances were a bit dated, a 4th floor walkup can be tricky

Advice to the owners
