Nice in many ways, but water was sometimes brown

Pros:
Responsive super, friendly neighbors, elevator, proximity to subway
Cons:
The water was occasionally brown and chunky, which was horrifying. We were told it was typical for NYC but I've never heard of anyone who has experienced this before.
Advice to owner:
Please, please check out the water situation

Super lives quite far now which is inconvenient when situations arise. Water is often brown, but seems to only apply to certain units
