Pros
The apartments are nice inside.
Cons
The super takes forever to respond to issues, the windows are so thin that you can hear full conversations on the street, there has been a construction demolition truck outside for 1.5 out of the 2 years of my lease which smashes garbage from 6am-11pm every day, the management company is never helpful, the trash bags they use are poisonous to animals and the fumes from them fill the hallway, did u mention the NOISE….
Advice to the owners
Get some soundproof windows and better people to work for you.
