Great building and responsive management

Pros:
Management is responsive and maintenance tends to issue same day. Doorman are extremely helpful and detail oriented. Packages are well maintained. Building is clean and quiet. Laundry in basement. Multiple elevators that are always functional.
Cons:
There were multiple instances of construction/lobby remodeling/facade repairs that caused a lot of noise during it was impossible to work or have calls. My apartment is also facing the back of the building with meaningful amount of noise as they gather garbage there. Some apartment units have limited sunlight.
