Pros

Cheap rent, GREAT location, the street is amazing and quiet and safe. Building is older but not terrible. Never saw any pests

Cons

Super is a bit unresponsive sometimes. Gets cold in the winter but not too bad - one bedroom was really cold tho. Bought a thermometer and emailed management, and they never did anything.

Good place to live

Pros

Super is extremely friendly and will help you within 24 hours at MOST, management is very responsive and organized.

Cons

Stairs are steep, and in my unit the heat did not work for a while but just in one room. Also not a lot of sunlight
