    Pros:
    Great doormen that bring up your packages to your floor
    Very secure building
    Cons:
    My unit had an A/C that was broken most of the time, same with the washer/dryer (which we eventually got replaced), and the oven was also half failing
    Advice to owner:
    Newer appliances!
