The block has trouble with crime and homeless people. Often see people shooting up or smoking crack on the street

Pros

Great doormen that bring up your packages to your floor Very secure building

Cons

My unit had an A/C that was broken most of the time, same with the washer/dryer (which we eventually got replaced), and the oven was also half failing

Advice to the owners

Newer appliances!
