Renters approve of the building's owners
it was a solid first apartment. the location was good—for midtown—and we always had a ton of hot water.
the heat in the winter was probably the worst part—the boiler was always going out and the super was incredibly unresponsive about fixing it. there were not nearly enough outlets on the apartments and packages were also a bit of an issue.
