    Love it here

    Pros:
    Nice place, I feel very safe here. It's super quiet (I live in a back unit).
    Location is perfect. So close to so many subways
    Landlord is extremely friendly and responsive
    Cons:
    Trash piles up and starts to make it look messy because people don't take it outside where it should go. No laundry

    Cons:
    If we needed anything fixed, it was like an interrogation. Can be noisy at night on our street. Trash would build up and block hallway. Main Front door was broken for a bit which was a safety issue. Packages would get stolen, occasionally
