Love it here
Pros
Nice place, I feel very safe here. It's super quiet (I live in a back unit). Location is perfect. So close to so many subways Landlord is extremely friendly and responsive
Cons
Trash piles up and starts to make it look messy because people don't take it outside where it should go. No laundry

Neighbors are chill, usually millennials Near good bar and food spots, close to train Short walk to Central Par
Cons
If we needed anything fixed, it was like an interrogation. Can be noisy at night on our street. Trash would build up and block hallway. Main Front door was broken for a bit which was a safety issue. Packages would get stolen, occasionally
