Residents value the good water pressure and minimal pest issues, with many noting the building's convenient location near transport and local amenities. While neighbors tend to be friendly, thin walls and occasional disruptive residents have caused noise concerns. Heating and air conditioning systems are somewhat outdated, and water quality can vary. Overall Really Great

Pros

A nice clean doorman building with working elevators and laundry room. The building is overall very clean and the staff is very nice and responsive. I’ve never had any pest issues.

Cons

The walls are thin I can hear my neighbors a lot and I’ve had rude older neighbors complain about my unit for noise and claimed I was “woodworking” which is crazy. The staff didn’t really do anything when the crazy neighbor came to my door at 1am banging and ringing the doorbell when I was asleep. Definitely a downside are the crazy people in this building
