Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 330 East 49 Street in Manhattan reveal a well-managed, doorman building with friendly staff and clean common areas. Tenants appreciate the quiet environment, good water pressure, timely maintenance, and effective pest control in many cases. However, the building's older structure leads to occasional issues with ants, rodents, and a persistent odor for some. Noise levels are generally low, and neighbors are mostly rated positively. Heating performance varies, with reports ranging from effective to insufficient. Rent pricing is noted as reasonable for the area, but small unit sizes and limited storage options have been mentioned as drawbacks.
