fine for a first manhattan apartment

Pros

Convenient location, spacious for the area, incredible huge closets, built in AC.

Cons

loud bar downstairs, mouse problem was not appropriately addressed when we reached out, in general they were slow to respond to requests

amazing location, updated kitchen and bathroom, big closets and bedrooms

Cons

right on second ave so noise from street + nearby businesses, can be difficult to get a hold of landlord
