I lived in this building for 7 years with different roommates throughout the seasons. It was a 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment. The price of our apartment hardly went up as long as we continued the lease. The landlords were pretty elderly so they were old school — meaning that they only wanted checks and they printed out our lease and gave us carbon copies. They hired a newer younger gentleman to help with building management, which was nice. Overall I had a very positive experience living there.
They take a while to do fixes on your apartment to make sure you really need it, so stay persistent yet kind and professional and know your tenant rights.
Would recommend a window cleaning once a year :)
Rodents, pest, mold, inadequate heat or hot water, defective building parts

No peephole on a door, no street number on the building, unlawful keeping of animals
