Building is quiet and calm. Location is amazing
We lived here for 2 years and both years we had leaks that weren’t fixed for a while. Every time it rains we had to move our furniture into a corner because it was getting wet. Unfortunately the landlord didn’t fix it immediately, only after calling 311. Which we had to call unfortunately many times. Leaks in bathroom, living room and bedroom.
