Good building with no frills

Pros

Clean building, nice and responsive super who is always around, amazing neighbors, great street and subway access

Cons

Unlike the super, building management is hard to get in touch with. I live on one of the higher floors and have had a ton of roaches in the last month while the gas has been out.
