nice building, super keeps it nice, landlord/management company not great

its kept really clean and the live in super is great
Cons:
the management company kinda blows --- we had brutally noisy construction for 5 months as an apartment in the building was gutted and they didnt do anything and they also price the units too high and try to go up way too much every year
