Neighbors are friendly, management and super are very responsive. Building is well maintained.

Electric heat in the winter is expensive, trash room on the ground floor smells ocassionally

Lots of character with the brick walls, low rent at the time

Cons

Very small apartment, some mice on the ground floor

Advice to the owners

At the time I feel like maintenance was minimum. I would suggest upping the maintenance, but like I said things could’ve changed since I was there nine years ago.
