Neighbors are friendly, management and super are very responsive. Building is well maintained.

Electric heat in the winter is expensive, trash room on the ground floor smells ocassionally

Good building and units , ok amenities

Pros

The units are very well managed and clean. I lived here for a month as corporate housing and had a great experience with it. The staffs will drop off the delivery packages to your door. It’s not 24 hrs doorman tho.

Cons

The area is a bit noise and lack of privacy. The pedestrians and the buildings on the other side can see through everything.
