    Nice neighbors but pest issues

    Pros:
    Neighbors are all very friendly and welcoming
    Management is somewhat responsive
    Cons:
    Sometimes trash would be neglected, leading to a congregation of roaches by the front door
    Had an infestation of 6 mice that lasted over a course of 3 months
