Great location/old building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doorman is a big plus as most old prewar buildings don’t have a doormen. Also there is laundry in the basement.
Cons:
The building allows people to smoke in their apartments. So if you like to open your windows be prepared to be a second hand smoker and clean cigarette butts. Also first floor apartment has mice, and ants/roaches in the summer. The bathroom (doesn’t have bathtub) periodically gets clogged, something you can’t fix on your own.
