Pros

Very quiet. Nice neighbors. Live-in super is good. Very close to central park and nice restaurants.

Cons

Roaches and mice. Exterminator comes monthly, but still is an issue.

-The hallways and common areas are kept very clean -Fantastic live-in super who is nice, responsive, and helpful

-Some bugs in my unit once it warmed up (but none in the winter)
