Not great, okay location

Pros

This is near the park and a lot of trains. Upper units get good light.

Cons

Management is completely unresponsive unless you threaten 311, we had some roaches, the air pollution near the bridge can be gross.

Decent location but leaves some to be desired for the price

Pros

The building is in a great location and often has spacious bedrooms.

Cons

Most of the units do not have a good view, there are large and small cockroaches, the kitchen are puny with nowhere to prepare food and are hard to clean, the walls are matte, which makes them easily scuffed and dirty.
