    Building review - Overwall a great apartment

    Pros:
    Great location, friendly neighbors, in a tucked away street with not much noise
    Cons:
    Pest control could be better (rodents & mice) Heating system is quite old, hence makes those clink-clonk crazy noises
    Advice to owner:
    improve basement cleaning / pest control

    A building code instead of a key would be great but this is minor
