Great UES Building
Pros
The building is spotless thanks to our amazing on site super. The building has concrete walls so I barely hear my neighbors, it also keeps it rather cool in the summer. The apartments are large and rent stabilized. A bit dated, but I can deal with that.
Cons
I have had a mouse or two which were dealt with promptly. No doorman so some packages have gone missing but it stopped when someone in the front put a ring doorbell in.
Advice to the owners
Cameras near the mail would be great.
Not bad for a studio but better mgmt needed
Pros
Lot of space for a studio, quiet neighbors, common areas (lobby, elevator) maintained, rent-stabilized
Cons
Had 2 cockroaches during wintertime, not well-serviced but not major issue. Mgmt isn't responsive and hard to reach. Not the most up-to-date building but to be expected
Advice to the owners
Improve pest control across the building
