    Pros:
    -Good water pressure
    -nice view
    -responsive super
    -pest inspection/control
    Cons:
    -infamous stairs
    -outlets not in the best locations/not enough
    Advice to owner:
    -Please consider re-painting the building entrance/hallways.
    -maybe a camera inside the entrance/mailbox area

    Not much to complain about

    Pros:
    I've loved living here! Coming up on a year and honestly, I can't complain much. Had a slight pest issue over the summer (pretty expected living in NYC), but the monthly pest control got things under control right away.
    Cons:
    The only con I have is sometimes it gets HOT in the apartment because of the radiators (also expected living in NYC), but opening a window with a fan gets things to a decent heat level.
    Advice to owner:
    Better control of the heating systems would be nice, but overall everything is good!
