Quiet neighborhood Quiet neighbors
Cons
Safety issue with cars parking in the courtyard entry of the bldg. It is a blind entrance so you periodically have to check to make sure you are not hit by a car illegally parked driving out onto the sidewalk to enter the road.
Advice to the owners
Owner has IGNORED the issue for 30yrs I have lived here

Epic location, well managed building, easy neighbors (lots of 1 year leases)

Loud location, limited refuse days, needs a refresh in the lobby/stairwell
