Affordability on a Luxury Block

Pros

This is an affordable building nestled in a luxury block. Being right near the Q train is a huge perk. The laundromat downstairs is lovely. It really was a pleasure.

Cons

Living on the Upper East Side, it's almost guaranteed that cockroaches will invade your space. Unfortunately, I had a few of these bugs in my apartment. Fortunately, every time it happened my landlord was extremely responsive and sent an exterminator right away. I'd say the presence of pests says more about the location on the upper east side, versus the cleanliness of the building itself.
