    Nice area, management and super are not the best

    Pros:
    Great area, quiet street, and the apartments are nice and updated
    Cons:
    Management and the super are not responsive at all. Will take days to respond to an email and it can take literal months to get something done right. At one point the front door to the apartment was jammed and there was no way to leave the apartment. The super just put tape on the lock so our apartment was wide open.

    Pros:
    Renovated with new appliances (2016) and washer dryer in unit
    Cons:
    We’re on the top floor. No pest but constantly hear rats on the roof especially at night time.
    Some residents are rent stabilized and hate their newly move in neighbors.
    Roof leaks and caused damages to furniture
    Advice to owner:
    Your management company is terrible
