Great location, clean building

Pros:
Quiet, clean building with no experience of loud neighbors. Responsive maintenance team, easy to pay rent and great location.
Cons:
Sometimes I got cold in the winter, but nothing to really complain about.

Nice quiet UES building

Pros:
Great management. Smooth application process, and they were responsive throughout our lease period. Apartment was well-maintained. Solid location, though a bit far from transportation. Quiet.
Cons:
Apartment was unspeakably cold in the winter. Layout was tough to work with.
Advice to owner:
Insulate the windows better, maybe? Other than that, we enjoyed living here.
