Pros
Very spacious apartment. The Super and his maintenance assistance were incredible when it came to resolving issues in a timely manner. Neighbors were nice and there were a lot Columbia students.
Cons
Because it’s an old building, there were pest issues, but the Super and his team did their best to resolve the issue the best they can.

The use an app for paying rent and maintenance requests. This makes it super easy to get a lot done, and they are incredibly responsive to maintenance requests. AC in every room Self controlled heating and cooling Super chill Nice looking appliances and such Cameras in hallway Building provided extermanaiter comes once a month Right next to train and park
Cons
Still living here, rn. Its giving college student. Rent went up $90 in second year. No additional closet outside of bedrooms. Walk up. Slightly confusing intercom system Steep stairs Utilities are expensive Terrible view (just building) Ac in everyone room so not many windows can open

Get better at providing solutions for problems not fixable by maintenance
