Great elevator building

Pros:
Fairly clean building, fair rent, pricing, safe and secure area. The management company is really responsive and helpful.
Cons:
Garbage was always an issue because tenants would over stuff the cans and the washer/dryer didn’t always work

Cons:
When moving the unit was not cleaned and filled with tools and equipment Occasional maintenance needs (handles falling off) No ventilation in the bathroom
Advice to owner:
The garbage space is tiny for all of us and needs to be handled more than once a week.
