It is… fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building hallways and lobbies are generally clean. The super is responsive and gets things done in a timely manner.
Cons:
- The super and wife (a broker) have been rude and unprofessional in communication. - There was also a cockroach in our refrigerator within the first week of moving in. - Windows aren’t very soundproof so you can hear louder noises from outside (e.g., car honking, construction, people yelling, etc.) - Laundry room is rather unhygienic
Advice to owner:
Train your employees to be professional in their work.

Good building but not stable
Former Tenant
Pros:
Live in super is good, building is well maintained, but not regularly cleaned.
Cons:
GPG is a horrible property manager. Non responsive, not even sure if they’re real
