Good super, unresponsive landlord

Pros

Kept clean and tidy, Super manages trash and packages well. In four years, never had a bug problem.

Cons

The landlord is so unresponsive. Everyone in the building lived without an oven and stove for more than a year (during COVID) and we hardly had any updates on when we were going to get new ones. The super smokes so sometimes the main hallway smells like cigarettes. There is one problem tenant who disturbed the entire apartment with loud fights, music, sex, running down the stairs, etc. He lives on the third floor.
