    Nice small building

    Pros:
    Not a lot of units since some are multiple bedroom units. High ceilings. Pest control comes every other Friday.
    Cons:
    Can sometimes hear neighbors through the walls but overall not very disruptive. Units are probably overpriced.

    Great spot for single or young people

    Very clean, yet very small
    Cozy. Loved the brick walls. Some units have washer and dryer.
    Halls always kept clean
    Cons:
    I lived on first floor so it was a bit loud
    Many young/ drinking crowd moved into the building and would be in hallways on weekend being noisy
