Very comfortable living experience

The building is clean and well-maintained. An exterminator comes once a month.
Cons:
Overpriced for what it is. Heat took a while to be turned on during the winter.

pretty nice building

can't hear the neighbors, big living room, clean hallways/stairs, high ceilings
Cons:
street can be loud (honking, sirens), no dishwasher, 2nd bedroom very small, didn't turn on the heat until november when it was freezing
Advice to owner:
remember the heat needs to be on by law starting in october!
