Worst building ever..do not move in

Pros

The location is ok but not worth the living conditions while paying market

Cons

Massive mouse problem Noisy neighbors even police show up constantly Filthy Street garbage always overflowing Not maintained well Hallways never cleaned Smelly entrance Trashbags in hallway at all hours

Clean clean clean! Fix the garbage! Fix the pests! Fix the building!

Overall great building

Pros

Responsive and relaxed management company, pest free, perfect location, well kept for the most part, nice quiet neighbors

Cons

Space is small but it’s NYC so that’s expected, outdated appliances/finishes, if you live on the south side of the building it can be noisy from the busy street, hallways could use some updating/fresh paint, sometimes garbage outside is overflowing
