Used to be a really nice place to live

Pros

Large bedroom, updated kitchen, decent layout

Cons

Older building and not being well maintained since new management took over. An old walk up requires constant upkeep, and a responsive Super. The management company and super are not helpful to tenants

Advice to the owners

Communicate with tenants and respect that they were here before you were. Provide responsive management and a super that is on site and available more often

Solid Apartment And Great Location

Pros

Really nice size, limited noise in unit, nice light from large windows.

Cons

We did have at least 3 cockroaches in the 2 years we lived in the building but overall wasn’t the worst. There’s also no roof access even though there’s a lot of space up there.
