Solid but not best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very conveniently located, but far from many things. Some of the staff was nice and helpful.
Cons:
My hallway had sitting water for days, giving musty smell. Some of the staff was unaware they were at work and had a job to do.
Advice to owner:
Ask the doorman to be doorman, clean up the hallways or get new carpet to get rid of the musty smell.
