Pros

Very responsive management team. Most issues are fixed within 24 hours, and if they are not there is very clear communication.

Cons

Packages don’t always get delivered to mailroom and are sometimes stolen, management won’t install cameras. Hallways/ stairwells can get dirty- need a pain job and to be spruced up.

Advice to the owners

Lock first door into vestibule as well so packages don’t get stolen. Paint the hallways and re do floors of buildings.

Great maintenance team

Pros

Whenever I have something that needs to be fixed in my building the maintenance team is always so quick to respond and solve the problem which can be rare.
