The super is amazing! The management company is so communicative. The building is beautiful and a great location!

Cons

The rent is paid via mail and there is no outgoing mailbox in the building, you can hear the subway from the building!

The entire building shakes everytime a train goes by. Just like living on a subway platform. No matter what you do it's loud and the walls shake and crack
